Workplace Investigation Services

When workplace concerns arise, organizations need clear, objective information to make fair and defensible decisions. I conduct impartial workplace investigations that help uphold organizational policies, maintain employee trust, and support legal guidance.

I work with non-profit, public, and private sector organizations of all sizes, offering an independent, third-party approach that reduces bias and reinforces a fair and transparent process.

I gather information through interviews and a careful review of relevant documents to develop a complete and accurate understanding of events, employee experiences, and policy implications.

After reviewing all information, I synthesize the details into factual findings aligned with organizational policies and values. These findings help leadership respond confidently and consistently, and serve as a limited-purpose engagement to inform the legal advice provided by an organization’s primary counsel.

Concerns may include:
● Discrimination
● Sexual harassment
● Retaliation
● Bullying
● Safety
● Inappropriate use of technology
● Conflicts of interest
● Other inappropriate or concerning workplace behavior
● Behavior not aligned with organization policies and values
